Styrn CIC is a non-profit organization that provides self-improvement, social groups, sports and exercise in Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire for optimal mental health and wellbeing.

Sport and exercise

We aim to provide sports and exercise for individuals with mental health issues in Nottinghamshire. From football to walking groups – social inclusion, enhanced self-esteem and obviously improved mental health are prevalent from taking part in our groups.

Online Counselling/coaching

We have launched our email counselling and coaching service for individuals with mental illness and also individuals who wish to improve their mental well-being. Goalkeeper training

Join us for Goalkeeper training in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, for ages 18+ to open age. Currently we are offering 1-on-1 sessions and group sessions will be launched in the future. Come join us to learn about goalkeeping and to have fun. FA qualified coach with over 6 years coaching experience.

Football Team

Not only are we hosting 5-a-side football in Sheffield, we are also creating our own football team for next season to enter the Sheffield County Saturday league, all ages 16+ welcome. For fun, fitness and social activity.

Mental health football in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

We are proud to annouce we have been selected for funding by the Mansfield District Council to host our mental health football sessions for all ages 18+ in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The games will be hosted at the grass at the care unit Thistle Hill Hall.

We aim to provide sports and exercise in mental health and keep updated via our social media and blog to gain new information and tips on how to improve your mental health.
